Totally recommend for a short visit
Really good service, really good cleanliness, especially noted during our daughter's emergency when the hotel doctors were very nice. The rooftop was a fantastic spot for breakfast and cocktails, while the location allows easy walks through the charming area.
Nothing not to love.

The location was excellent, just steps from
Local cafes and parks. We enjoyed our stay, with very comfortable beds and a wonderful rooftop view. The noise from nearby nightlife was quite disruptive some nights.

Oh man, the smoked salmon bagels at breakfast were next level! Plus, the location is prime, with so many bomb restaurants like La Capital just a stroll away. The hotel's architecture is a real showstopper, a chic gem in the heart of Condesa!
The housekeeping could use a little finesse, empty body wash and a cleaning cloth left on my snacks? Yikes! The transport prices from the hotel felt steep compared to the local rideshare options. Let's talk about tone down those night lights, they're trigger-happy when you shift in bed!

Family with children getaway
The rooftop was the highlight where we enjoyed breakfast while overlooking the city. Plus, the hotel doctors were lifesavers during an emergency with our daughter.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but still acceptable.

I had a lovely time staying at this hotel for 7 nights, especially enjoying the delicious pastries from the coffee bar and the amazing views from the rooftop Skybar. There were great opportunities to relax with a nice body scrub and a rejuvenating facial at the spa. The only hiccup was a bit of noise from the neighboring rooms at night, but it didn't spoil my overall experience 😊

I had a wonderful time in this lovely hotel! The gym was impressive, and the Skybar drinks were delicious. My room was clean but lacked enough lighting for makeup. I would definitely choose this place again.

The wet room and spacious layout of the Standard King Room were great, though the cleanliness could have been better. Breakfast choices like glazed cakes were good, but the noise levels at times disrupted the peace. There's a strong sense of security throughout the hotel.

Great Location with Potential for Improvement
The rooftop bar had fantastic cocktails, but the room service lacked coordination. Expect some noise at night but enjoy the vibrant Condesa neighborhood. Future guests should ask about local dining recommendations and be prepared for busy restaurant staff.

Amazing new year's breakfast and fabulous restaurant/bar area. Conveniently located in a beautiful residential area and close to many activities and attractions. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond during my stay, ensuring that everything was perfect.
The sewage smell in my room was unbearable and the staff could not rectify the situation. The sky view from the sixth-floor room was not as impressive as anticipated.
